Leeward Marina Resort is located in Leeward, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are 575 miles southeast of Miami and cover 193 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean. The islands feature the world’s third largest coral reef system and some of its best tropical beaches.

Foxton seconded a Project Director to the Caribbean contractor, Johnston International, to manage the negotiated tender and construction of the US$400 million, 12 hectare resort featuring a deluxe hotel, a 130-slip eco marina for motor yachts up to 60 metres, a secluded beach, waterfront condominiums and 42 deluxe homes.

Nikki Beach Turks and Caicos, phase one of the development, was opened by luxury lifestyle and entertainment brand, Nikki Beach.
