Island East is a vibrant business district in Hong Kong owned and managed by Swire Properties. It includes the Taikoo Place, Taikoo Shing and Cityplaza complexes.
The Island East management contract consisted of the phased renovation of Cityplaza and general improvement works to the Taikoo Shing complex.
Cityplaza is the largest shopping centre on Hong Kong Island with a floor area of 120,000 m2.
