AsiaBuild approached Foxton to prepare and negotiated a contractual claim for a US$15 million, 25-storey commercial building project in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The duration of the project was 400 days.

AsiaBuild was awarded an extension of time of 100 days for the project saving them from a potential loss of US$2.5 million.
