The Turks and Caicos Islands, in the British West Indies, are 575 miles southeast of Miami and cover 193 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean. The islands feature the world’s third largest coral reef system and some of its best tropical beaches.

Foxton were approached by a private developer to close out the construction of a custom-built deluxe mansion with a secluded beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Foxton successfully closed out the construction and the mansion was subsequently purchased by the music artist Prince.
