Wynn Palace casino-resort occupies a 21 hectare site on the Cotai Strip in Macau, US$4 billion, 520,000 m2 floor area. It includes a 25-storey luxury hotel with 1,700 rooms and a mixed-use podium with gaming, dining and retail venues and convention facilities. Exterior attractions include a 30,000 m2 performance lake and a gondola transport system.

Leighton Asia was awarded a US$2.6 billion contract to design and build the resort by Wynn Resorts.

Foxton was appointed as a problem solver by Leighton Asia on the Wynn Place. Foxton liaised with the head of construction and the tower and podium project leaders, managed the client, and identified and provided advice to resolve design, technical, coordination, construction and labour resource issues, initially on the 25-storey hotel fit-out and curtain wall and later on the podium fit-out.
