Construction Management

At 416 metres and 88 storeys in height, Two International Finance Centre (2IFC) is currently Hong Kong’s second tallest building. Until 2010 it was Hong Kong’s tallest building and it was the fourth tallest building in the world when it was completed in 2003. 2IFC provides 185,800 m2 of premium office space with an average floor plate in excess of 2,100 m2. The impressive exterior of the skyscraper bears the signature of renowned architect, Cesar Pelli.

UBS Invesment Bank approached Foxton to troubleshoot the US$30 million fit-out works for the Bank’s relocation to floors 46-52 at 2IFC. Foxton literally commenced work within the hour and ensured that move in dates critical to the Bank were met. Foxton delivered 16,000 m2 of office space including trading floors, a conference centre and an auditorium, within 12 weeks.
