A private developer approached Foxton to produce a design for a beach development at Ho Tram, Vietnam. 

Ho Tram is located on the south east coast of Vietnam about 120 kilometres south east of Saigon.

Foxton conducted a site analysis and feasibility study, evaluated the local real estate market, reviewed project funding, produced a master plan and budget, and developed a design for the beach resort.
