Foxton provided advice and assistance to VMC Asia to secure project management contracts for the Novotel and Pullman Saigon Centre hotels in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, US$100 million, 600 rooms.

Foxton seconded a Project Manager to VMC Asia to manage the construction of the US$40 million, 250 room Novotel hotel.

Foxton’s Project Manager worked closely with the local contractor, Coteccons, to deliver the 3-storey basement, 24-storey superstructure and model rooms 2.5 months ahead of programme.

PTW Architects designed the Novotel Saigon Centre and French hotel operator Accor manages the hotel.
